Money Back Guarantee Details (returns)

If you wish to return an item, simply contact us at Customer Support, email us at support@thecollectorshub.com or call us at 800-253-7051, within 60 days of receipt of merchandise for return shipping instructions. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide you with the correct return address. When the item is returned, we will refund the price of the item. (Sorry, expedited shipping costs are not refundable.)

Free Shipping Offer

Free shipping is applied to orders of $75.00 or more and shipped (to a single address) within the Continental 48 states, USA. Simply select "Flat Rate" as the shipping method during checkout. Offer applies to US ground shipping only.

Flat Rate Shipping Offer

Get our low flat rate shipping of $6.99 when you choose the Flat Rate shipping option at checkout. With this option we choose the shipping carrier for your order. Flat Rate shipping is available for orders shipped regular ground shipping within the 48 continental United States only.

Ground and Air Freight shipping

Our orders are batched for processing at 8:00am EST. Orders requesting regular ground will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Air Freight orders received prior to 8:00am EST will be shipped the same day. Air Freight orders received after 8:00am EST will be processed the following business day. We offer 2nd Day Air freight. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times since the actual delivery is not under our control.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your items and notify us within 5 days if any arrive damaged. We package all our items very carefully. Even so, items may on occasion be damaged in transit. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping:

  • Ask your carrier to note any damage or excessive wear to the outside packaging
  • Contact us using our Contact Us page, by email at Support@thecollectorshub.com, or by phone at 800-253-7051, within 5 business days so we can file a claim with the carrier.
  • Keep the item and all packing material to assist us with the claim
  • Email a picture of the damaged item and packaging to sales@thecollectorshub.com


Replacements for damaged items will be shipped at no additional charge. If a refund is requested, we will refund the price of the item that is damaged. If a replacement is not available, we will also refund the cost of the shipping. Please contact us before returning a damaged item so we can provide you with the correct return address and a prepaid return shipping label.

Shipping

We use both UPS and US Postal Service to ship our packages. Ground Shipping takes between 3 and 6 days depending on your location. If you need it faster, you may choose UPS 2nd Day Air® during checkout. We currently are shipping within the U.S and Candada. For orders with addresses outside of these areas, please contact us for shipping costs and delivery schedules.

Backorders

Our shopping cart will display whether an item is in stock. We backorder out-of-stock merchandise whenever possible unless you specify that you do not want an item backordered. You will only be charged the one shipping charge for multiple shipments due to items on backorder.

If an item is on backorder for more than 5 days, we will notify you requesting your decision to continue waiting or to cancel your order. If we are unable to reach you, your account will be credited for the price of the item, the item will be removed from your order  and your order will be marked as complete. 

Please note, while we keep our inventory status as up-to-date as possible, an item may become out of stock when simulaneous orders are placed.
