Disney to Acquire Marvel Entertainment.

Announced yesterday, August 31, 2009, the Walt Disney Company has agreed to acquire Marvel Entertainment, Inc.. and their over 5,000 Marvel characters which include Iron Man, Spider-Man, X-Men, Captain America and Fantastic Four , appeal to the young male population which, many agree, will compliment Disney's current lineup of characters geared more toward girls.
